Week Ending September 7

Eric Steinberg (Ji Min) left the show this week when Ji Min turned up dead. Phyllis refused to report to jail because Summer was sick but then ended up going. Logan popped up again to tell Nick that Summer had a serious respiratory infection. Phyllis was arrested at the hospital. Jack and Kay tried to stop Ji Min's interview. Jill found Amber standing over Ji Min's dead body. Victor was enraged by Jack's latest stunt. Obba Babatunde appeared as Carter. Phyllis was seen making a forbidden cell phone call to Nick by the warden. Amber got into even more trouble because of her involvement with Ji Min. Phyllis in jail was desperate for news of Summer. Amber panicked and called Michael for help. Jack told Sharon that if Ji Min comes clean about his Jabot deal he could lose his senate seat. Cane and Kay tried to comfort Jill. Jana and Kevin found out her surgery was a success. Jack told Sharon that he bought the land that Ji Min's grandparents live on and he would evict them if Ji Min came clean. Summer's fever broke and she started to get better. Jack and Nikki rushed to cover their tracks. Jana panicked about the future and Kevin comforted her. Jill lashed out at Jack when he tried to offer sympathy. Colleen and Kevin were puzzled by Jana's behavior. David suggested to Nikki that she make her separation from Victor legal.

Week Ending September 14

Nick pretended to be one of Phyllis's lawyers. Kay tried to prevent Jill from talking with a reporter. Nikki asked Victor about releasing the tape. Jack announced the recording is a fake. Lily and Daniel signed divorce papers. Amber found the stolen money, but did not tell Kevin and Daniel. Nikki and David made love on Nikki's wedding anniversary. Amber lied to Daniel about finding the money. Jill was trapped in the steam room. Amber set the shredded money on fire.

Week Ending September 21

Amber and Jill were interviewed by a reporter. Cane and Lily kissed. Jana told Kevin their relationship was over. Amber and Daniel were affected by Lily's intimate moment with Cane. Devon encouraged Neil to pursue Karen. The fire department recovered the missing money in the ashes of the fire. Michael went over Heather's head to the US Attorney's office which angered Heather. Jack shared Sharon's disappointment. Jill vowed to discover the cause of Ji Min's death. Phyllis encouraged Jack to tell the truth. Brad asked Colleen to go to synagogue with him for Kol Nidre, the night to atone for sins of the year. Jack and Nikki were forced to team up. Victor was willing to get Phyllis' sentence reduced for a price - her testimony against Jack. Neil turned up the heat with Karen. Jack decided to tell the truth. Brad told Sharon he made a mistake in marrying Victoria and not her and he would always love Sharon. Michael made a deal for Kevin, Amber, and Daniel - two years probation and 90 days community service. Neil was haunted by past memories of Dru. Amber came up with a new plan. Jack told the truth. Cane was surprised to learn Lily's real age. Jana was sent to prison. Nick was furious to learn about Victor's offer to Phyllis.

Week Ending September 28

Nick had a confrontation with Victor. Jack told Noah that he had been lying. JT worried that Victoria would come to her senses one day and realize she could do better than him. The tape recording was played on TV for all to hear. Phyllis got a scary cell mate - Jana. Traci (Beth Maitland) came to town for a short visit. Jack wondered who leaked the tape. Kevin visited Jana in prison. Jack confessed the truth publicly and worked with Nikki to do damage control. Jill and Kay found out that someone broke into the computer system and immediately suspected Gloria. Jeffrey told Gloria that Will sent him a photo of her and a jar of tainted moisturizer. Paul refused to help Jack. Jill and Kay were bombarded by reporters. Kevin and Gloria hid evidence. Nick confessed to Victoria that he had fallen in love again with Phyllis. Lauren got fed up with her inlaws and gave Michael an ultimatum. Sharon was attacked in the tabloids. Jana annoyed Phyllis. Brad arranged for Jack to overhear Sharon admit to kissing Nick. Brad publicly exposed what happened between Nick and Sharon in the vault. Brad was surprised by Jack's calm reaction. Maggie told Jill that Ji Min's death might have been murder. Phyllis called Nick. Jack confronted Sharon. Maggie turned her murder investigation on Jack.
