Week Ending February 3

Nick and Phyllis had sex again. John had a breakthrough that rocked the Abbott family when he remembered that he killed Tom. Sharon called Nick on his cell phone while he is with Phyllis. Jack and Jill worried that Jabot will lose clients. Phyllis and Nick flirted at work. Sierra, Devon, Mac, and Colleen tried to cheer up Daniel. Colleen lashed out at Kevin, again. Ashley discovered that John had collapsed on the front porch. Victor offered to help Phyllis and Nikki fight Jack's court order. Jack and Ashley learned that John's high stress levels could lead to another heart attack. Kevin asked JT to talk to Colleen about how much he has changed. JT tried to comfort Colleen. Michael admitted to Lauren that he may be partly to blame for Ashley and John's current trouble. Kevin tried to decide what to do with Tom's ashes. Ashley got a new prosecutor, Will (Ted Shackelford -Knots Landing). Sharon came into Phyllis' office just as Phyllis and Nick were about to kiss. Mac wanted to know why JT did not tell her that he went to see Colleen. Nikki invited Victor to be a partner in the spa venture. Jack waged war on Phyllis and Nikki. Nick and Phyllis attempted to keep their affair secret. Victor vowed to defeat Jack. Victoria and Brad faced off over his decisions regarding Abby. Victor was served with court papers. Colleen called JT to come to Brad's and she collapsed in his arms. Gloria phoned the hospital and discovered that John is talking to the district attorney.

Week Ending February 10

The DA did not want to believe John's confession. Lauren questioned Paul about Michael and Ashley's involvement in Tom's drug bust. Mac put on a blonde wig and danced for JT. John wanted to hire Paul to prove that he is guilty. Leanna Love stirred up trouble with Ashley and Brad. Lily returned for Devon's birthday and tried to convince Dru and Neil to let her stay in Genoa City (New Lily Davetta Sherwood first aired). John told Paul his story. Phyllis worriesd when she learns Victor was working on the spa project. Ashley agreed to an on camera interview with Leanna. Phyllis and Nick agreed to meet. Daniel saw Lily. The DA told Michael he had proof of Ashley's guilt in Tom's drug bust. Lauren was furious to learn that Michael and Ashley set Tom up. Brad suggested that he and Ashley postpone their divorce. Nick was unable to meet Phyllis. John was impressed by Brad's actions towards Ashley. Lauren was horrified when Michael thought of confessing to the DA. Daniel insisted that he wanted nothing to do with Lily. Gloria was hesitant to give Paul John's coat. Will questioned Brad about Ashley. Victoria was devastated to learn the divorce had been postponed. Ashley was furious that Paul was helping John. Victoria returned Brad's engagement ring. Daniel interrupted a flirtatious moment between Nick and Phyllis. Lauren worried that she might lose Michael again. Daniel and Lily met secretly. Michael headed out to confess. A close call forced Nick and Phyllis to sort out their affair. The walls started to close in around Ashley. Paul was torn when John made a startling proposition. Prosecutor Will found out that Ashley had a hand in Tom's trumped up drug charges. Lauren worried what Michael will do next.

Week Ending February 17

Paul gave John's coat to the DA. Nikki got the family together for a Valentine's Day dinner. Victoria was lonely and hurt after her split with Brad. Nick was in Phyllis' office when she got flowers from Jack. Victor had a special gift for Nikki - an uncut diamond. Gloria confronted Jack over the wellness spas. Colleen and Daniel pretended to be a couple in front of Neil and Dru. Dru and Neil decided to let Lily stay in town. Sharon ran into Phyllis at the lingerie store and Sharon thought Jack and Phyllis were back together. Valentine's caused unexpected feelings of jealousy for Nick and Phyllis. Dru and Neil still wondered if they can trust Lily. Phyllis canceled a rendezvous with Nick to support Jack. Nick spied Phyllis and Jack together and thought they were back together. Dru came into the athletic club just as Daniel and Lily were kissing, but Dru did not see them. Colleen worked to get JT back and to reunite Lily and Daniel. Michael and the Abbott's found out that Gloria destroyed crucial evidence against John when she burned his coat. Mac told Kay a secret - she thinks she is pregnant. Phyllis and Nick had an emotional confrontation where Nick confided that their relationship was becoming more than an affair to him. John and Ashley were both arrested. Gloria interfered with John's plans to clear Ashley's name. Someone saw Nick and Phyllis exchange - Neil - but he thought they were discussing business. Nick was caught off guard by Phyllis' response - she ran out of the room. Colleen tried to make JT jealous by dancing with Daniel. JT told Colleen she had to accept that he is with Mac. Jack temporarily took over Jabot in John's absence. The court denied Jack's wellness spa injunction. Brad told Sharon that he and Victoria broke up. Phyllis gave Nick a video game for Valentine's. Nick gave Sharon tickets to Paris and she gave him tickets to NCAA baseketball. Brad sent Victoria flowers. Victoria confided in JT.

Week Ending February 24

Jack wanted to find John a different lawyer. Mac thought about telling JT she was pregnant, but decided to keep quiet. Jill told Jack that the Jabot customers were beginning to lose confidence in the company. Victor wanted Ashley to meet him at the coffeehouse. Colleen hired JT to protect her from a "stalker". Phyllis decided she doesn't want to use Newman products exclusively at the spas. Brad attacked Ashley after he found out she lied about shooting Tom. JT caught Colleen's "stalker". Michael got the DA to drop John's charges to involuntary manslaughter. Ashley shared her fears with Victor. John sacrificed to save Ashley and pled to a higher charge. Nick told Sharon he made reservations at The Colonnade Room for their anniversary. Nikki asked Nick to go to a meeting with Phyllis that she could not attend. John's family testified on his behalf at the sentencing. Sharon found out that Nick has bought her a new SUV for their anniversary and took Brad for a ride. Nick and Phyllis were trapped in a snowstorm. John's fate was decided. Sharon had to celebrate her anniversary alone. Nick and Phyllis tried to resist temptation. Dru and Neil were worrried about Devon's feelings for Lily. Mac and Kevin grew closer. Michael was stunned by John's sacrifice. Brad tried to salvage his relationship with Victoria. Jack temporarily took over Jabot in John's absence. The court denied Jack's wellness spa injunction. Sharon and Brad got closer.
