Lies continued to pull Phyllis and Nick apart. Something precious to Sharon was destroyed by Adam. Jack and Emily grew closer at Patty's expense. Eden caught Daisy in a lie. Tucker found Jill's jealousy charming. Nina and Paul had a Christmas miracle for Kay. Phyllis and Nick's marriage floundered. Adam had a shocking surprise for Sharon. Nick got slapped by Phyllis. Daniel made a promise to Amber. The Newmans got a surprise guest on Christmas. Kay received a Christmas gift from Jill. Sharon gave Adam an answer. Nikki returned for the holidays. Daisy might not be who Michael and Lauren think she is.

Week Ending January 1

Kay made a drastic decision regarding her family. Adam and Sharon's honeymoon ended with disaster. Ryder and Daisy revealed the truth. Lily got a surprise visitor. (Malcolm). Malcolm returned to Genoa City (Malcom was recast with Darius McCrary (ex Eddie-Family Matters). Lily told Mac her deepest fears. Nick was shocked to learn of Sharon's marriage. Kay made a decision about her adopted daughter. Neil and Malcolm faced off. Jack had a shocking proposition for Emily. J.T. and Victoria came to a decision about their marriage. Jack shocked Emily. Billy had an epiphany on New Year's Eve - the 12/31 show focused entirely on Billy similar to the "It is a Wonderful LIfe" last year about Michael. Families gathered together to welcome the New Year.
