Week Ending August 3

Cliff DeYoung joined the show as Agent Bonacheck for a few episodes. Colleen and Adrian apologized. Daniel and Kevin got into trouble with the federal government. Jill and Ji Min planned to elope. Michael and Heather presented opening arguments at Phyllis' trial. Cane asked Jill and Kay to pay Amber's ransom. Secrets were exposed as Phyllis' trial begins. Sharon, Neil, and Nikki testified at the trial. Nikki was infuriated by Phyllis' trial and Michael's questions. Cane delivered the ransom money and found a tied up Amber. Cane tried to save Amber from her kidnappers. Victor ordered Nikki out of his life. Amber pretended that she had the money. Sharon comforted Neil as he grieved for Dru. Kevin and Daniel faced danger. Neil took action against Daniel. David helped Nikki get revenge with a video of a conversation between Phyllis and Brad. Kevin, Amber, and Daniel were all arrested. Victor told Nikki that David has a history of marrying rich women. Kevin found out that Jana had a serious convulsion. Victor was furious when he found out that Brad spoke to the press.

Week Ending August 10

Amber asked Jill about the missing money. Nick and Phyllis argued over her guilt. Michael confronted Daniel about his porn addiction. Devon had lingering feelings for Lily. Phyllis realized that Nick thought she was guilty. Kevin was desperate to save Jana and raise money for her operation. Kay was not happy about Jill and Ji Min's engagement. Kevin asked Gloria to pay for Jana's surgery. Neil fired Daniel. Kay and Ji Min had a confrontation about Jill. Jack found out that Nick and Sharon were planning to go to Clear Springs for a photo shoot and confronted Sharon for not telling him. Amber and Cane made up and made love. Kevin planned to sell Crimson Lights to raise the money for Jana's surgery Michael got suspicious of Jana's behavior. Kay was furious with Jill and told Jill that Ji Min was only after her money. Karen showed off in front of Neil at the gym. Cane told Amber to get out after they made love and that he was only using her the way she used him. Gloria got a surprise visitor. Lily demanded a divorce. Kay bribed Ji Min to leave town. A surprise guest showed up at Gloria's party for Will. Jill came up with a new business venture with Ji Min. Lily and Cane pretended to flirt as Amber and Daniel watch. Jill took her anger out on Kay. Daniel asked Jack for a job. Cane threatened to shut down construction at Clear Springs. Kay told Jill that she had cut her out of her will. Nick and Sharon were trapped in the bank vault.

Week Ending August 17

Sharon and Nick kissed in the vault. Victoria was furious when Victor refused to give Nikki a loan. Devon avoided finding a date for Lily. Nick told Sharon that he loves her. Cane told Kay that someone had to pay to clean up the methane at the construction site. Kevin blackmailed Gloria into paying for Jana's surgery. Nick and Michael tried to keep Phyllis from leaving town. Nick and Sharon gave in to temptation. Kay agreed to help Nikki. Daniel decided to give Lily an annulment. Cane forced Amber to sign a document stating their marriage was never legal and she was not entitled to any of the Chancellor fortune. Phyllis showed up in the courtroom at the last moment. JT found out the sex of Victoria's baby, but she did not want to know. Michael made a deal with Heather. Devon had feelings for Lily that are not the brother/sister kind. Phyllis was found guilty. Neil, Lily, and Devon reminisced about Dru while watching videos. Brad passed on some damaging info. The verdict was in at Phyllis' trial and she made a rash decision. Noah blamed Sharon for Phyllis' guilty verdict. Nikki and Victor made a deal about getting a secure loan for Clear Springs. Nick, Michael, Jack, and Daniel tried to stop Phyllis from making a big mistake. Ben warned Jack that he was losing popularity in the polls (Billy Warlock's last appearance on the show). Jana wanted to give Kevin her power of attorney. Michael informed Phyllis that Heather knew she tried to skip town. Jack suspected Sharon. Victor might have different plans than what Nikki thinks when he told Neil that if Nikki defaulted on the loan he planned to start drilling for minerals under the construction site.

Week Ending August 24

Adrian returned from Prague with a gift for Colleen - an antique necklace. Noah was upset when Phyllis' bail was revoked. Jana revealed the truth about Brad's identity. Jack sent Sharon on a scavenger hunt. Aidan found out the truth about Brad. Cane got the money to clean up Clear Springs. Colleen realized that Brad sabotaged Adrian's job offer. Jana and Kevin kissed. Nick and Sharon crossed the line. Colleen lashed out at Brad. Nick and Phyllis found out that Summer was ill. Colleen gave Adrian permission to write about her family's secrets. Nikki needed money. Kay told Michael she wanted to change her will and disinherit Jill. Kevin asked Michael to get Jana's surgery moved up. Nikki was furious when David lost a report. Jill questioned Jack about Ji Min. Phyllis gave Jack a warning about Sharon he would be wise to listen to. Sharon told Neil she might be falling for Nick. Ji Min confessed the truth to Jill. Nikki admitted she obtained a loan from Victor. Nick told Phyllis that if she goes to jail he would not divorce her and then kissed her passionately. Logan told Brad she was leaving town to work for Doctors Without Borders. Phyllis gained an unexpected ally at her sentencing hearing. Jill ended her engagement with Ji Min. Daniel and Nick spoke to the judge for Phyllis. Brad, Nikki, Neil and Lily gave statements against Phyllis.

Week Ending August 31

Neil refused to forgive Phyllis. Jana's surgery took a dangerous turn. Phyllis thanked Sharon and Noah for their statements. Jana had convulsions. Colleen agreed to move in with Adrian. Phyllis was devastated by the judge's ruling in her sentence 6 years in prison. Noah confronted Sharon and Brad about their affair. Jana got nervous before her surgery. Brad tried to make up with Colleen. Victoria and JT told Nikki they are having a baby boy. Gloria thought about a risky financial endeavor. Jana told Kevin she remembered the operation and he was thrilled with the success of the surgery. Jill told Ji Min the only way he could win her back was to go public with the fact that Jack owned Jabot. Heather had a deal for Amber. Amber asked Jill for a loan. Heather and Paul got closer. Phyllis had a going away party with her friends and family. Kay was shocked at Victor's calm reaction to Ji Min's plans. Amber asked Daniel to help her search. Maggie wondered if Paul planned to tell Heather the truth, but he said not yet. Phyllis asked Lauren and Michael to watch over Summer. Amber tried to find the money. Nick and Phyllis made love. Kay urged Jill to stop Ji Min's interview. Phyllis refused to report to jail worrying that Summer was sick. David told Jack to confess all. Noah wanted to go live with Nick because of Sharon's affair with Brad. Jill walked in just as Ji Min was hiding the missing money that Amber was searching for.
