Week Ending September 2

Theresa interrupted Gwen and Ethan making love. Noah and Fancy went on their romantic date on the beach. Tabitha was shocked when Endora displayed some "good witch" tendencies to help Fox and Kay. Ethan told Gwen he was worried about Alistair and Theresa. Alistair told Theresa she had to sleep with him. Eve and Julian gave in to passion and TC caught them in a kiss. Theresa pleaded with Ethan to run away with her and the kids. Ethan insisted that he will keep his marriage vows. Gwen overheard Theresa being attacked by Alistair and did nothing as Alistair raped Theresa. Simone turned to Rae for comfort. Julian went to great lengths to romance Eve. Chad visited Whitney at the convent and tried to get her to come home to Harmony. Theresa accused Alistair, but he denied it. Ethan called the police to have Alistair arrested. Sheridan was suspicious of Chris when she saw him in the paper with a different name. Fox's past loves became an issue for Kay. Noah and Fancy's evening was interrupted by the police. Theresa stunned Ethan when she refused to have Alistair arrested. Kay was attacked in the park. Julian brought Eve a romantic dinner.

Week Ending September 9

Theresa told Ethan that she needs Alistair's help to get Jane back. Sheridan overheard Chris' shocking phone call. Ethan and Theresa shared a passionate kiss. Alistair interrupted Fancy and Noah. Fox ended up in danger when he rescued Kay. Chris told Sheridan he was in the Witness Protection Program. Kay and Fox fell under Tabitha's spell. Theresa begged Ethan to have sex with her. Alistair searched the cottage and gave Fancy a warning. Noah told Ivy that Fancy betrayed him. Sheridan and Chris realized they had a lot in common. Fancy told Noah she was protecting him, but he called it quits with her. Endora interfered in Tabitha's spell. Jessica told Sam he had to choose between her and Ivy. Theresa overheard Gwen talking about the tabloid email. Liz offered to tell the truth if Eve left her family and Harmony. Katherine told Pilar that Alistair raped Theresa. Father Lonigan heard Martin's confession. Ethan faced off with prosecutor Grace Nancier. Valerie moved in on Chad. Fox shocked Kay with a life changing question. Theresa searched for the tabloid evidence.

Week Ending September 16

Theresa found the disk. The prosecutor went after Kay, Simone, TC, and Julian on the witness stand. Kay accepted Fox's job offer. Theresa and Gwen struggled over the disk. Alistair set Fancy up on a blind date that turned out to be a friend of Noah's. Noah got a job as a bartender. Gwen admitted the truth to Alistair. Liz's testimony stunned the courtroom. Theresa tried to push Gwen into an incinerator and Theresa tried to get the disk out of the fire. Gunshots startled Chris and Sheridan. Julian asked Eve to leave the country with him. Chris worried he wouldn't be a good father, but Sheridan reassured him. Eve was offered a plea bargain. Gwen admitted to Ethan she threw the disk into the incinerator. Alistair wanted Fancy to marry Edmund to seal a business deal. Ivy told Fancy to marry for love and not business. Eve went to see Whitney. Ivy got an ally against Kay.

Week Ending September 23

Noah and Fancy made love. Valerie told Chad she is still available. Gwen and Ivy urged Ethan to stop Theresa's visitation with Jane. Ethan decided Eve is a flight risk. Julian made an offer to Rebecca which infuriated her. Valerie sabotaged Kay's assignment. Jessica was arrested. Alistair vowed to make Fancy pay for dating Noah. Julian accused Rebecca of poisoning the punch. Eve worried about her future. Spike pushed Jessica into the path of an oncoming car. Theresa refused to leave the mansion with Martin and Pilar. Eve suggested Whitney leave the convent and live with Chad as friends. Rebecca refused to give Julian the proof that Eve is innocent. Pilar and Theresa argued. Chris asked Sheridan to be James' godmother. Martin and Katherine ran into each other. Fancy tried to help Noah by telling Alistair the truth. Tabitha's newest batch of spells started to affect Harmony. Chad surprised Fox with a request. Sam was suspicious of Sheridan's friendship with Chris.

Week Ending September 30

Sam and Sheridan talked about love with Fancy and Noah. Julian agreed to give Rebecca whatever she wanted if she testified. Tabitha cast a spell on Eve's jury. Rebecca took the stand and caused chaos. Chris had some news for Sheridan about Luis. Alistair felt betrayed when he found out that Fancy went to see Noah. Kay offered to quit her job at Crane. Alistair presented Theresa as the new Mrs. Crane. Spike talked Jessica into working the streets again where she had problems with her client. Chad and Fox both want to run Crane. Kay and Ivy hit a roadblock over Kay's relationship with Fox. Alistair had a stunning announcement for his family. Eve learned the jury's verdict.
