Week Ending September 7

Nash told Jessica that Jared is his new partner in the winery. Todd took drastic action after learning that Marcie would be going to Lindsay's arraignment. Jessica told Nash that she would always be proud of him. John tried to stop Todd from ruining Michael and Marcie's lives. Nash confessed to Jess that he lost all his money in a poker game and she reassured him. Todd was stunned by Blair's betrayal. John arrested Todd to keep him from physically taking Tommy from Marcie. Rex was suspicious of Jared. Todd refused to see past Blair's betrayal, but she was determined to make things right. Cris felt bad for hurting Sarah's feelings. Lindsay became very emotional when Dorian paid her a visit. Lindsay faced off with Todd. Michael and John realized they had to tell Marcie the truth. Adrianna agreed to move in with Rex, who remained suspicious of Jared. Marcie pleaded to keep Tommy. Todd refused to be denied his son. Nora told Clint she could put her personal feelings aside while prosecuting Lindsay. Marcie managed to avoid a confrontation with Todd. Natalie assured Miles that he did the right thing by telling the truth about Tommy. Starr had some hard questions for Blair. Marty got to go home with Cole. Jared left the cottage before Jessica saw him. Layla and Vincent hoped for a quiet night alone. Marcie paid a heartbreaking visit to Lindsay.

Week Ending September 14

Todd stormed the courtroom and demanded his son be given to him. Todd vowed revenge on Rex. Jessica was surprised to find Jared at the cottage with Nash. Michael and Marcie were allowed to take Tommy back for one more night while legal paperwork was done. Todd turned his back on Blair. Starr and Langston prepared for the new school year. Bo suspended John from the police force for holding back information about Todd's son. Starr learned that Tommy McBain is really her half-brother. Michael and Marcie mourned for the loss of their son. Blair sorted out her feelings for Todd. John and Marty grew closer and shared a kiss. Michael and Marcie hired Rex as they prepared to fight for custody of Tommy. Blair tried to explain her actions to Todd.

Week Ending September 21

Todd's family rallied around him at the custody hearing. Jessica kept her past with Jared from Nash. Talia made a confession to Bo. Rex gave Michael, Marcie and their lawyer some damaging info against Todd. Todd was enraged by Judy's belief that he is an unfit father. Blair attacked Rex for his part in Todd's misfortune. Judy told the court that Todd once tried to kill Tommy. Todd refused to let Starr testify on his behalf. Dorian worried Todd would take his anger out on Adrianna and Rex if he found out they knew about Tommy. Todd's past resurfaced. Todd explained that he was tortured by Margaret. Jason-Shane Scott (Will) returned to town. Lindsay entered an unexpected plea at her arraignment - guilty. John and Marty shared some kisses. Jessica told Natalie that Jared was blackmailing her. Nora believed Lindsay should be punished despite Will's (Jason Shane Scott returns) pleas for leniency. Todd and Blair reconnected. Starr put Britney in her place. Sarah and Layla became roommates. Jess was unable to tell Nash the truth about Jared. Lindsay and Marcie bonded. Bo wanted Matthew and Nora to move into Asa's mansion. Clint and Dorian grew closer. Nash spied Jessica's photo on Jared's cell phone and confronted him. Talia was haunted by memories of 9/11. Todd made Blair an offer. Blair made a deal with Lindsay. Marcie outsmarted Todd.

Week Ending September 28

Lindsay sealed her fate in the courtroom and then had a complete breakdown leading to a trip to St. Ann's. Jessica confessed to Nash that Tess slept with Jared and framed him sending him to prison. Blair agreed to Todd's plan on one condition. Jared vowed to make Jess pay unless Natalie hired him to work at Buchanan. Rex felt bad for his role in a chain of events. Sarah moved out and it affected Cris. Lindsay was supported by her friends. Jared blackmailed Jessica. Sarah reached out to Cris. Britney's interference forced Marcie out of her teaching job. Todd surprised Jessica with his plan. John apologized to Natalie re-establishing their friendship over a game of pool. Jared visited Asa's mansion and tried to charm Renee. Blair and Starr convinced Todd of Cole's good qualities. Jared saw his future when he visited the Buchanan mansion. Marty was unable to fight her feelings for John. Dorian agreed to help Todd and Blair. Clint had a proposal for Nora. Talia's lie about her made up boyfriend came back to haunt her. Markko wondered where Langston's parents are. Clint persuaded Nora to stay put. Carmen LoPorto took over the role of Jack Manning. Todd and Blair's real connection was obvious. Jared and Natalie worked together as a team. The custody battle caused problems between Michael and Marcie. Todd and Blair came up with a plan to get custody of Tommy - getting married again, but Blair wanted 5 million dollars to do it. Miles wanted Marty to be happy.
