Week Ending October 5

Blair backs up Todd's claim that they married out of love but found herself on the hot seat when Judy began to question her. On the witness stand, Starr gave a heartfelt plea as to how great her parents are, but Judy was quick to point out the flaws in their family. Will ran into Addie when he went to St. Ann's to visit Lindsay, who remained unresponsive. Nora wondered if Lindsay could be faking her breakdown. Lindsay seemed to recognize Bo when he and Nora visited her at St. Ann's. Langston became defensive when Markko questioned her about her absentee parents. Michael perjured himself on the witness stand when he testified he didn't know Tommy was Todd's son until recently. Marcie learned that Michael knew about Tommy's parentage for a very long time. John and Marty kissed and continued to grow closer. Dorian realized Langston was living alone. Miles told Natalie that she's taught him what true friendship is all about.

Week Ending October 12

Dorian told Langston she knew the truth about her parents. Todd tried to make a deal with Michael and Marcie for shared custody. Jared tried to win over Clint. Sarah proved herself to Cris when Timbaland sang at Capricorn. The judge gave custody of Tommy to Todd. Michael said a heart wrenching goodbye to Tommy. Dorian reached out to Langston. Marcie lashed out at Michael for his lies and ran away with Tommy. Jared threatened to reveal the truth about Jess to everyone in town. Todd freaked when he found out Marcie ran off with Tommy. Dorian took Langston to Llanfair. Natalie fired Jared and then he asserted his majority ownership of the vineyard. John and Michael pleaded with Marcie to return to Llanview. Markko told Langston that he loves her and she told Starr and Blair the truth about her parents. Nora made a decision about her and Matthew's future. Marcie asked her brother Ron (Tim Adams) for help, but he advised her to return to Llanview. Nora and Clint got closer. Todd vowed to get Tommy back.

Week Ending October 19

Dorian thought she should protect Langston. Marcie hid with Tommy while Todd and his goons ransacked Ron's place. Rex and Adrianna supported Michael. Britney found out that Langston's parents were dead and reported her to Social Services. Marcie decided she was never going to give back Tommy. Rex suggested that Michael go on the run with Marcie and Tommy, but Michael believed the plan would never work. Clint and Dorian's relationship was tested. Jared claimed he still owned majority interest in the vineyard. Dorian vowed to help Langston who was taken away by Social Services. Antonio found out the truth about Talia's "boyfriend". Starr threatened Britney. Portia Reniers last aired as Britney went off to boarding school. Nora wondered if Lindsay was faking. Clint talked about his relationship issues with Nora. Cris ignored Sarah when Layla had news of Evangeline. Miles tried to defend Roxy to reporters, but he ended up in hot water instead. Hunt Block (Ex Craig-ATWT) joined the show as an FBI agent named Lee obsessed with finding a missing. person and someone who shares a history with John. Ron helped Marcie change her identity and go on the run. Nora thought that Dorian was coaching Lindsay. Ron was arrested by the FBI agent. Cris realized he had more in common with Sarah than he thought. Roxy suggested that she and Miles do their community service together. Viki was shown to be living in Paris, Texas with Charlie (Brian Kerwin) and Gigi (Farah Fath). John had a proposition for Todd. Blair and Marty talked about the past. Bo told Lindsay that he was on her side.

Week Ending October 26

John convinced Todd that they needed to work together to find Marcie and Tommy. Nash and Jessica planned to beat Jared at his own game. Charlie (Brian Kerwin) showed up in Texas. Blair and Marty worried that John and Todd would end up killing each other. Cris warned Sarah not to get involved with Jared. Marcie followed Ron's instructions and took Tommy to Eric's friends house. Sarah accused Cris of being jealous of Jared. Farah Fath (ex Mimi-DOOL) joined the show in a contract role of Gigi Morasco. Michael was arrested for perjury and could not help with the search. Langston ran away from the group home and Blair convinced Mrs. Woodrow to let Langston stay with her. Jared thought Natalie was upset because he was not dating her. John got tired of Todd's impulsive behavior. Marcie was moved by Ron's letter. Blair made a plea on Langston's behalf. Cris and Nat both ended up jealous of others. Renee's proposition for Jared stunned Clint and Bo Marcie sought refuge with friends. Sarah and Jared were on to Cris and Natalie's plans.
