Week Ending May 7 Antonio agreed to work undercover and kept it secret from Jessica. Dorian, Marcie and Michael believed that Dr. Long is selling donor organs. River and Adrianna made up. Natalie agreed to marry Paul. Todd took the ranson money for Starr, but her kidnapper ran off when he spied the police. Viki was overcome with chest pains when she learned Starr's ransom drop had failed. Week Ending May 14 Todd rescued Starr and then with Bo's help rescued Blair from Laser. Natalie and John almost made love, but she realized he can't forget Caitlin. Nigel sold a family heirloom to help Roxy out of her gambling debts, but she lost the money gambling. Dr. Long confronted Marcie and Michael and tried to convince them he is on the up and up. Adrianna and River decided to wait to have sex. Riley planned to buy a term paper instead of writing one. Antonio kept secrets from Jessica as RJ got suspicious of Evangeline. Week Ending May 21 Viki found out that she must have a heart transplant to survive. Evangeline told Antonio to go undercover as a stripper. Michael caught Dr. Long with a stolen heart that later became contaminated. Natalie put off making love with Paul after speaking to John by phone. Todd helped Kelly get rid of Paul's body in the landfill. David and Kelly both thought they had killed Paul. Clint arrived to visit Viki. Dr. Long confronted Marcie and Michael on the roof of the hospital. Natalie discovered the blood in the room where Paul was supposed to be just as the police arrived. Week Ending May 28 Dr. Long was arrested for organ theft. After Ben died, Viki agreed to accept his heart as a transplant, but took a turn for the worse after the surgery. Blair and Kevin grew more suspicious of Todd and Kelly. Todd and Kelly worked to cover their involvement in Paul's disappearance. David confessed to Kelly his involvement in Paul's "death". Paul called Natalie and wanted to meet her. Antonio learned that Carlotta's brother was mob boss Manuel Santi, who was also Adriana's father.
