Week Ending October 7

Sonny had to make a very difficult decision and commit Carly. Durant heard Nik tell Lucky that Carly stabbed Emily and Durant wanted Carly charged with attempted murder. Courtney got confirmation that she is pregnant and Jason urged her to tell the baby's father. Jason refused Ric's offer of protection. Jason and Sam decided to move to Hawaii and left Port Charles. Alexis told Ric she would share custody if he stopped working for Sonny, but he refused. Jason refused to work for Javier and Javier vowed to kill him. Reese talked Durant into not putting Carly into the system. Luke returned to town. Jax and Courtney got closer. Lainey was upset that Justus researched her past. Jason found out he couldn't hide form his past even in Hawaii. Jesse had to reveal his true identity to one of his professors. Georgie was jealous to see Dillon with another girl. Seth collapsed at a dorm party. Sam's brother Danny paid her a visit. Sonny tried to make Michael feel better. Reese felt like an outsider in Sonny's life. Luke refused to rescue Tracy. Nik reached out to Emily after Courtney called it quits. Liz told Jax she did not want to be a surrogate again. Courtney told Mike she is pregnant.

Week Ending October 14

Courtney tried to push Nik towards Emily. Lucky planned something romantic for Liz. Emily told Sonny that she still loves Nik. Skye was shocked when Luke refused to pay Tracy's ransom. Javier found out that Jason and Sam were in Hawaii. Manny wanted Sonny, Jason, and Ric killed. Emily found out that Courtney is pregnant and told her that Courtney had to tell Nik the truth. Sonny and Javier exchanged threats. Lucas told Georgie that he is gay. Sonny put 24 hour guards on Alexis, Ric, and Kristina. Robin celebrated a lonely birthday in Paris. Jason was taken prisoner. Emily and Nik planned a surprise wedding for Lucky and Liz. Jax decided to stall his divorce. Sonny used himself as bait. Javier moved against Sonny. Nik made a confession to Emily. Ric tried to negotiate with Hector. Courtney wondered about Jax's motives. Courtney decided to be honest with Nik. Skye left with Lorenzo and Luke was left alone. Manny tormented Jason and Sam. Jesse attacked Diego after he insulted Brooke Lynn. Jason made a life changing decision to pick up a gun.

Week Ending October 21

Durant was all for Hector killing Sonny. Sonny and Reese exchanged gunfire with Javier's men and Reese was shot. Jason showed up to save Reese and Sonny. Jax asked Courtney to forgive him. Nik hurt Emily's feelings. Jason agreed to work for Sonny again and Javier was eliminated. Ric accused Durant of plotting with Javier. Reese was taken to surgery. Nik told Lucky he wanted a relationship with Courtney. Liz confronted Luke. Ric tried to make a deal with Hector. Sonny was furious to learn Ric gave Jason's orders. Ric and Reese realized that Jason and Carly will always come first with Sonny. Skye ended things with Lorenzo. Diego framed a kid named Kenny for his crimes. Manny sent Sam and Jason a message. Alexis accused Ric of putting Sonny before their baby. Dillon didn't want Georgie to miss her senior year because of him. Maxie felt rejected and Diego found her in his room. Jason vowed to protect Sam. Sonny and Reese made a connection. Alan blackmailed Emily. Sonny was upset over Carly's condition. Maxie and Jesse reached a new understanding. Robin remembered Jason and Sonny. Sam shot Manny. Jax told Emily he wants another chance with Courtney. Courtney and Nik shared a passionate kiss. Lucas strugged with being gay and keeping it a secret. Nik decided to be with Courtney whether the baby was his or not. Jason was hit with another headache and Tony confirmed he was getting worse. Jason's future depended on an unlikely source - Robin.

Week Ending October 28

Helena returned to town. Liz was kidnapped by Manny, but escaped. Manny threatened to kill everyone Sonny cares about. Jason got worse. Robin's funding was sabotaged by a jealous colleague. Courtney had some stomach pains. Jason remembered his past with Robin and recalled her betraying him. Tony told Robin about Jason. Emily pleaded to continue her education with the dean. Nik took Courtney to the hospital. Sonny and Nik had a confrontation over Courtney. Helena confronted Courtney over the baby. Sam was unable to get Jason to get medical help. Luke was jealous of Sky and Lorenzo. Ric and Alexis got some upsetting news about the baby. Liz and Lucky got married in a fairy tale wedding. Courtney got the results of her pregnancy test and told Jax that she is pregnant. Jason refused to be hospitalized. Sonny found out that Ric and Reese slept together. Courtney told Nik that he was not the father of her baby. Many of Port Charles residents boarded an antique train bound for danger.
