Week Ending May 5

Sonny's world closed in around him as Jason issued a deadly warning. Sonny told Emily that he ordered the hit on Jason. Holly returned. Sonny found out he was not responsible for Sam's shooting. Jason found out that Sam may need a hysterectomy. Carly wanted Sonny out of Michael and Morgan's lives. Luke was discovered tied to a bedpost. Emily vowed not to give up on Sonny. Sonny convinced Jason he was not responsible. Sam dreamed she was about to tell Alexis the truth. Luke, Holly, and Robert played cat and mouse. Carly had a confrontation with Emily. Jax calmed Michael's fears. Robin saw another side of Patrick. Manny was revealed as Sam's shooter and his next target was Carly. Luke, Holly, and Robert ended up in hot water. Carly and Durant walked into Manny's deadly trap. Robert held Luke and Holly at gunpoint. Alexis prepared a case against Sonny. Jason found out that Sam was getting worse. Noah begged Patrick not to do risky surgery. Patrick lost a patient. Sonny made a move against Jason. Durant went out with a bang. Monica told Jason that Sam's condition could kill her. Patrick told Robin he was only interested in casual sex. Ric urged Sonny to make a move against Jason. Jax came to the rescue. Five PC ladies (Robin, Elizabeth, Kelly, Emily and Lainey) had a night out and each one had a fantasy of Dr. Patrick Drake. Nik got suspicious of Jax. Jason shared a secret with Alexis. Dr. Meadows returned to the hospital and Jax was not happy to see her. Jason worried that Sam will die. Dr. Meadows ordered another paternity test on John after a confrontation with Jax. Carly and Bobbie comforted each other. Luke, Robert, and Holly learned there is a price on their heads. Luke came up with a plan. Luke, Holly, and Robert were forced to share one sleeping bag.

Week Ending May 12

Now that she knew the truth about Sam, Alexis and Sam shared a warm moment before Sam's condition worsened. Alexis broke down in Sam's arms when Sam got worse. Rick learned the truth about Sam and Alexis from Sonny. Jax was sure of his actions. Alexis told Sam that she loves her. Luke and Robert competed for Holly's attention. Lucky found a note. Maxie spied John's paternity test results. Lulu and Dillon came to Luke and Robert's rescue. Jason and Alexis became unlikely allies in their concern for Sam. Emily had a suggestion to help Sam. Nik was upset with Jason for keeping Sam and Alexis apart. Sonny wanted to reach out to Jason. Georgie felt abandoned. Lucky thought the wrong thing about Liz and Patrick again. Alexis had a run in with Mayor Floyd (played by John Bolger). Noah told Jason that Sam's brain was bleeding. Liz told Jason that Patrick could save Sam. Lucky found out that Liz has been meeting with Patrick. Lucas asked Guy to the prom. Sam's condition got worse. Jason and Alexis disagreed about Sam's surgery. Robin and Lulu tried to convince Luke, Robert, and Holly that they are too old for adventures. The bounty hunters came back. Emily was upset by Sonny's behavior. Anna (Finola Hughes) returned for a couple of weeks when she dropped in from a helicopter. Alexis refused to let Patrick operate. Jax introduced Carly to his mother - Lady Jane. Noah told Patrick that Sam would not survive the surgery. Jason got Liz and Patrick to help him get his way. Alexis threatened Jason. Emily worried about Sonny. Luke and Robert faced off with the bounty hunters. Georgie asked Diego to the prom. Luke, Robert, and Holly fought over some new loot. Noah told Alexis that surgery could kill Sam.

Week Ending May 19

Anna and Robert shared a violent reunion. Jason took desperate measures to save Sam. Carly and Lady Jane did not get along very well. Holly flirted with a much younger man. Jax proposed. Anna and Holly discovered that they still hate each other. Alexis took matters into her own hands where Sam was concerned. Alexis moved Sam to a private clinic in secret. Jason demanded to know what Alexis had done. Robin was surprised to realize that Robert and Anna still love each other even if they cannot be together. Sonny started to spiral out of control despite Emily's efforts. Jason made a painful decision. Anna and Holly left town. Lucky decided to go after Patrick. Jason pushed Emily away. Maxie planned to use John's paternity against Jax and she got Diego to help her. Luke realized his true feelings for Tracy. Lucky sank further into his addiction. Skye was in danger.
