Week Ending April 7

Jason rejected Emily and Sonny. Sonny and Emily were at the center of a scandal. Durant threatened Emily. Carly got upset with Jax. Lorenzo worried that he had lost Skye. Robin waited with Patrick during Noah's surgery. Patrick decided to become a living donor for Noah. Jesse died. Sam kept digging into Alexis' past and Jason jumped to the wrong conclusion. Sam kept Justus from springing Jason out of jail. Jason accused Sam of taking Sonny's side. Nik admitted that he still loves Emily. Luke was furious when he found out Lorenzo switched Lulu's chart with Skye's. Lucky struggled with his guilt over Jesse's death and quit the police force. Alexis made a shocking confession that moved Sam. Emily defended her relationship with Sonny. Lorenzo made a promise to Skye. Luke and Lulu grew closer. Lucky still felt guilty. Manny took Liz hostage. Alan suspended Robin from the hospital. Jason and Sam discovered that Manny had taken Liz hostage. Lucky hurt his back while fighting Manny. Carly accused Sonny of using Emily. Emily thought she had to end her relationship with Sonny. Sam started to tell Alexis the truth. Manny held a knife on Liz. Noah was very, very upset. Sam defended Jason's behavior to Sonny. Noah threatened to sue the hospital for letting Patrick be his liver donor. Jason tried to shoot Manny after Liz got free. Jason thought Sonny was too involved with Emily to manage his business affairs. Lucky had exploratory surgery. Emily could not get through to Jason. Carly was touched when Jax defended her. Jason set a plan in motion that would result in a showdown with Sonny. Robin ignored Noah's lawsuit. Robin broke the rules when she scrubbed in to help save Patrick. Jason tried to take control of Sonny's organization. Ric supported Sonny. Emily was upset by Jason's attitude towards her. Emily convinced Sonny not to confront Jason. Lucky was determined to go to Jesse's funeral. Luke discovered Lorenzo and Skye kissing. Luke asked Tracy to renew their wedding vows in front of Skye. Jason made a move against Sonny. Robert Scorpio returned to town. Jason planned to make Sonny choose between business and Emily. Carly tried to get in touch with Sonny. Tracy and Luke agreed to renew their vows so Luke would not be extradited. Liz and Lucky got some bad news. Sonny found out what Jason had been planning. Lucky turned to drugs to ease his pain after back surgery. Georgie and Lulu had a confrontation. Carly found out Jax's secret. Sonny told Emily he wanted to work things out with Jason. Jason was shocked by Sonny's reaction to his plan. Jax's anger towards Carly subsided. Lulu realized Tracy has feelings for Luke. Liz gave Jason a warning.

Week Ending April 21

Sonny accused Jason of betraying him. Emily tried to stop Sonny from attacking Jason and got knocked down. Carly wondered what to do with John's paternity info. Jax could not bring himself to confess to Carly. Nik discovered John's burned paternity test results. Noah dropped his lawsuit. John Ingle returned as Edward Quartermaine. Luke left Tracy to rescue Holly. Jax was determined to keep the truth about John from Nik. Sam worried when she learned Jason is now the boss of Sonny's business. Carly kept Nik from seeing the paternity test results. Sam was stunned to see the other mob families pay homage to Jason. Robin rejected Robert. Lucky misunderstood a moment between Liz and Patrick. Georgie admitted that she has been writing to Diego. Sam wondered if she will lose Jason forever. Carly urged Emily to leave Sonny so the situation with Jason and Sonny can be fixed. Liz worried that Lucky is putting his recovery in danger. Ric thought Alexis was up to something. Maxie had a hard time accepting Jesse's death. Sonny told Emily he may be forced to "deal" with Jason. Carly reluctantly allowed Michael to throw Sonny a surprise party for his birthday. Sonny refused to give up his business without a fight. Lorenzo told Skye he is leaving the mob. Noah tried to prove himself. A mystery person took pictures of everyone in town. Ric fueled Sonny's anger towards Jason. Jax realized that Carly knows the truth about John and demanded to know what she was going to do about it. Escobar challenged Jason. The mystery photographer's identity was revealed. The mob families demanded that Jason kill Sonny. Patrick was shocked by Robin's behavior. Alexis accepted Durant's offer. Robin told Patrick she wanted to sleep with him.

Week Ending April 28

Sonny gave Sam a warning about Jason. Sonny thought that Jason killed Escobar. Ric kept Mac from interviewing Sonny. Alexis and Ric were on opposite sides with their new jobs. Bobbie asked for Carly and Jax's help. Diego pushed Lorenzo away after getting arrested. Luke pulled a fast one on Robert. Sonny agreed to Ric's plan to turn Jason in for killing Escobar. Sam confronted Sonny. Patrick and Nik agreed to be part of Carly's hospital fundraiser. Patrick refused to let Noah perform surgery. Lucky caught Liz in a lie. Tracy and Robert got free. Emily walked out on Sonny. Sam was shocked when Jason was arrested, but he was later released for lack of evidence. Carly could not believe that Sonny is out of options. Manny spied on Skye. Luke tricked Robert. Carly hosted a bachelor auction to raise money for the hospital. Lucky thought Liz was being unfaithful as he took more medication. The bachelor auction made for some mismatched pairs. Sonny decided to put a hit on Jason, but changed his mind after talking to Michael and Morgan. Sam did not realize the danger. Jax shocked Robin with an announcement. Max daydreamed about Carly. Ric set out to destroy Jason. Sonny threatened Jason's life. Sonny wanted to stop the hit, but it was too late and someone he cares about got caught in the crossfire - Sam.
