Week Ending September 8

Lucas confronted EJ and EJ thought Lucas was jealous of his relationship with Sami. Austin and Carrie came to an important decision when Austin convinced Carrie they belong together. Carrie paid a visit to Marlena. Marlena got a mysterious job offer with strings attached. Sami was upset about the latest note. EJ wanted Sami to call the police. Marlena informed Sami that she was going to New Jersey for a few months. Sami and EJ thought that Will had been kidnapped. Lucas and Billie shared a chat at the pub. John was suspicious of Kate. Sami told Lucas that Will was missing. Austin and Carrie got ready to tell Sami and Lucas about their decision. Kate broke into Eve's apartment to look for incriminating evidence. Roman caught Kate red handed. Roman arrested Kate. Several people got arrested - one included Bo arresting Chelsea in front of friends and family. Bo found out that Chelsea's fingerprints were the only ones on the paternity report. EJ, Kate, and Phillip held a press conference. Abe tried to find out if Lexie was the person behind all the threats. Jennifer and Jack waited for test results. Jack and Jen got a tip about Eve. Jack and Jen teamed up Cary Grant/His Girl Friday style. Belle interrupted Shawn and Mimi. Phillip wanted to blame Chelsea for switching the embryos. Max got fed up with Chelsea. Billie and Steve made a connection.

Week Ending September 15

Jack and Jen were shocked when they figured out who killed Eve. Bo promised that Chelsea would pay for her crimes. Chelsea informed Billie she was only trying to do a good deed. Bonnie and Maggie argued about who Claire looks like. Mimi worried. Will's family kept searching for him. Kayla tried to rekindle things with Steve. Jack and Jen were kidnapped. Steve and Billie kissed. Kayla invited Steve to dinner. Max drowned his sorrows. Stephanie spent time with Max. EJ ran into Chelsea on the pier. Chelsea tried to forget her problems by using several guys. Kayla went looking for Steve. Bo offered to help Kayla look for Steve. Billie decided she cannot come between Steve and Kayla. Kayla spied Billie dancing with Steve. Patrick took Hope to New York. Hope planned to continue on with the divorce. EJ rescued a stoned Chelsea. Jack was held captive by a crazy old lady. Bo and Tek looked through Eve's things for clues. Bo found a mysterious number. Hope, Maggie, and Alice went to the divorce hearing. Bo did not show up at his own divorce hearing. Abby and Frankie realized Jack and Jen are missing. Bo arrested Eve's killer - Patrick. Billie spoke on Bo's behalf at the hearing. The judge had to postpone the hearing. Jack and Jen escaped. Billie played matchmaker for Chelsea and Max. Shawn tested his DNA against Claire's.

Week Ending September 22

Bo arrested Patrick for murder. Abe forgot his plans to spend time with Lexie. Jack and Jen ended up in a cave. Abby waited for news about Jack and Jen with Max. Patrick claimed he is innocent. Hope learned that Bo did not steal the evidence against Chelsea. Jack and Jen made love in the cave. Bo showed Hope evidence about Eve's murder. Jack collapsed. Bonnie wanted Mimi to help her change the DNA tests. Shawn spied the lab tech making a play for Mimi. Bonnie hid. Clarie's paternity results came back and caused all kinds of trouble. Frankie found out Jack is in remission. Jack and Jen planned to move to London. Bonnie and Mimi visited Patrick at the police station. Shawn found out that he is Claire's father. Hope was surprised by Bo's revelation about Eve's murder. Shawn informed Belle and Phillip about the paternity test results. Belle was stunned when Phillip takes Claire away. Matt Ashford (Jack) and Missy Reeves (Jennifer) exited the show. Bo wanted Kayla to fight for Steve. Bo told Hope that they are the love of each other's lives. Carrie told Austin she can't be with him until Will is found, but she was sending mixed messages. Jason Cook (Shawn) exited the show. Will was still missing. EJ planned to plead for Will on the new TV station. Lucas discovered Austin and Carrie in a passionate kiss. Shawn found Claire and Phillip. Phillip was arrested by lab security. Max comforted Abby. Sami and Lucas begged for Will's release.

Week Ending September 29

Lucas lashed out at Carrie and Austin. Sami discovered Lucas fighting with Carrie and Austin. Tek realized what Abe is up to. Bo got the DNA test results. Abe kept dating Lexie undercover, but felt guilty. Bo blamed Patrick. Sami and Lucas planned to appeal to Will's kidnappers. Hope gave Patrick a chance to explain. Austin was glad that he and Carrie did not have to hide. Patrick thought Bo set him up. Carrie asked Roman for advice. Roman found out that Marlena had disappeared. Sami and Lucas were reunited with Will. Will explained that he ran away because he was upset. Carrie and Austin talked about Marlena's disappearance. Roman asked John to join the search for Marlena. Tek told Abe to stop investigating Lexie. Bo told Hope about Shawn's DNA test results. Brandon Beemer debuted as the new Shawn Brady. Shawn and Frankie discussed Shawn's parental rights. Bonnie wanted Mimi to leave Salem with Shawn. Victor was happy to see Claire when he returned from a business trip. Phillip was furious about Shawn's custody suit. Chelsea was jealous. Chelsea caught Billie kissing Steve. Bo, Hope,and Phillip rushed Belle to the hospital. Phillip blamed Shawn for Belle's problems. Shawn found out that Mimi knew about Claire. Kate encouraged Chelsea. Things got hotter between Max and Stephanie. Bo and Chelsea had a moment of bonding. Patrick told Hope he is innocent. Belle and Shawn shared a close moment. Phillip had to tell Victor about Claire unaware that Victor already knew the truth.
