Meredith tried to make Rafe pay for Emily's death. Meredith knocked Rafe unconscious. E.J. confronted Nicole. Mia and Will bonded. Chloe answered Daniel's proposal. Meredith had dire plans for Rafe. Daniel's relationship with Victor took a bad turn. Meredith had plans to make Rafe suffer. Victor opposed Daniel and Chloe's engagement. EJ cut his trip with Nicole short. Chad overheard Mia talking to Will about her baby. Sami and Arianna called a truce so they can find Rafe together. Daniel gave Victor an ultimatum, but Victor had special plans for him. Sami decided to get over Rafe and get a job.

EJ forced Nicole to tell him the truth about Sydney's birth. Mia had a secret meeting with Brady at the pier. Carly and Lawrence argued and she stabbed him. Philip ran into Chloe at the hospital and spotted her engagement ring. Sami applied for a job at Chez Rouge. Carly boarded a plane headed for Salem. Bo confided in Justin. Victor told Bo that Alamain is dead. Stefano collapsed while out to dinner with Kate. Philip thanked Sami for helping Lucas get into rehab. Daniel gave Chloe a key to his place. Philip confronted Kate about marrying Stefano. Stefano collapsed, clutching his chest. E.J. guessed that Dr. Baker helped Nicole. Chloe put Kate in her place. After saving his life, Daniel questioned Kate about why Stefano collapsed. EJ kicked Nicole and Sydney out of the house. Daniel got Stefano stabilized. Maggie confronted Kate about putting something in Stefano's food. Chloe told E.J. and Nicole about Stefano. Sami wound up caring for Sydney. Carly tried to call Justin. Philip confided in Victor. Lucas wanted to make amends with Chloe. Victor gloated that Kate was unable to kill Stefano. Brady worried that EJ would harm Nicole now that he knows the truth. E.J. told Lexie about his situation with Nicole. Nicole decided to fight for her family. Sami thought of Grace as she cared for Sydney. Brady worried about Nicole. Philip stood up to Kate for Melanie. Stephanie asked out Nathan. Nicole vowed never to let Sami get her daughter back. Philip discovered that Melanie and Nathan were on a date. In search of Justin, Carly ended up at the Kiriakis mansion. E.J. had a run-in with Sami, who blurted out that Nicole and Sydney had left town. Arianna and Brady shared a passionate night together. Carly searched for Justin. Hope moved into the Kiriakis mansion. Bo discovered Carly breaking into his house. Stefano ordered Nicole back to the hospital. Arianna and Brady shared a passionate night together. Hope confronted Bo. E.J. demanded to know what Nicole was doing with Stefano. Panicked Nicole left a message for Sami. Stefano promised to tell EJ the truth. Bo promised to help Carly if she tells him everything. Nathan moved into Lucas' place. EJ walked in on Nicole with Stefano and demanded to know what they're discussing. Hope and Justin commiserated over their broken marriages. Justin wondered if Hope was having second thoughts about leaving Bo. EJ discovered Arianna's secret. Chad visited the DiMera mansion to ask E.J. if he would fight for custody of Sydney. Sami unknowingly stopped Nicole from telling the truth. Nicole attempted to come clean. Mia vowed to stop Chad from going after custody of Sydney. Sami accuses Stefano of trying to turn her against Nicole. Philip heard that Nathan moved out and jumped to conclusions. Hope confronted Bo about having a houseguest. While at Bo's house, Carly was nearly discovered by Maggie. Philip told Melanie that she would be happy with him. Brady and Sami bonded. Stefano's attempt to tell Sami the truth about Sydney was stopped in its tracks. Chad served Nicole with court papers for a DNA test. Rafe gathered his strength and left the boat. Carly went to check on Rafe and realized he was gone. Stephanie warned Philip not to get in between Melanie and Nathan. EJ told Sami to stay away from his father. Stephanie gave Nathan a peace offering. Weakened Rafe made contact with his sister and told her the truth about Sydney. Stefano explained the plan to Nicole. Mia went to Sami for help. Will reaffirmed his love for Mia. Brady and Sami disagreed over Nicole. Bo comforted Carly, who feared for her life. Vivian received her nephew's ashes and vowed revenge on Carly.
