Week Ending October 3 Abe said Maggie's name right before he died and all of Salem mourned his passing. Belle tried to get Shawn to make love to her but he refused. Bonnie wanted Mimi to get pregnant with Rex's baby. Rex woke up and found blood on his hands. Tony confided in Marlena about Rex's headaches and instability. Maggie tried to remember more clues about Abe's murder and later heard the singing children in her head. Week Ending October 10 Abe's gardener fingered Kate as a suspect. Mimi decided to give romance with Rex another chance. Roman told Sami, Kate and Lucas that they were suspects in Abe's murder. Jack made a public threat over the air waves to the killer. Victor caught Brady with Nicole and was upset. A mysterious hand with a brick was aiming for a new victim. Week Ending October 17 Jack was gravely injured and Jennifer had to take him off life support and he died. Jack, Roman and Bo questioned the 7 suspects. Grandpa Shawn returned home from Ireland. Will was upset when he heard people talking about his parents as suspects in Jack's murders. Victor had to break up a fight between Brady and Phillip. Hope was in danger of being attacked. Week Ending October 24 Hope thought she knew her attacker. Abby continued to rebel against Jennifer. Jack and Jennifer shared some tender moments together. Shawn and Rex came to blows again. Sami and Lucas got a little too close for comfort when showing Will how to slow dance. Under hypnosis, Maggie saw the killers eyes. Tony learned of Rex's lie on the lie detector test. Cassie, Mimi and Phillip followed Rex as he visited all the murder sites. The killer approached Maggie in Marlena's office. Week Ending October 31 Jennifer said one last goodbye to Jack's ghost. Sami got into a food fight at Will's school. Victor offered Nicole a divorce and money to get out of town. Celeste read Maggie's tarot cards and saw the death card. Rex got a halloween mask, but never showed up for a party. Kate told Roman the truth about her past and he claimed it made her a bigger suspect in Abe's murder.
