Week Ending July 6

EJ found out that he was the father of Sami's twins. When EJ and Tony argued Stefano collapsed. Sami and Lucas got passionate in the safe house. Shawn got a call about a job unaware that Phillip set it up. Hope asked Roman about his feelings for Anna. Bo told Shawn about Phillip's plan to keep Shawn out of Salem for good. Chelsea and Nick met Jett and his fiancee (Denise Boutte debuted as Danielle, Jett's fiancee). Chelsea overheard Danielle's cell phone call. Jett told Nick that he thought Danielle was cheating on him. Steve was not happy to see Jeremy dancing with Stephanie. Shawn found out that Phillip arranged the interview. The Horton's and Brady's celebrated the Fourth Of July at Bo and Hope's including an appearance by Alice. Marlena confronted Belle about her feelings for Phillip. Chelsea wanted to tell Jett about Danielle's infidelity, but Nick told her to keep out of it. Steve apologized for his treatment of Jeremy. Show preempted two days for tennis coverage.

Week Ending July 13

Doug and Julie got the translations of the first two letters between Santo and Colleen. Chelsea wanted to tell the truth about Danielle's infidelity. Alison Sweeney (Sami) and James Scott (EJ) took on the dual roles of Santo and Colleen. Anna flirted with Tony. The group was anxious to read the second set of translations. Marlena visited Sami at the safe house. Grandpa Shawn realized he must go back to Ireland. Stephanie and Jeremy encouraged Danielle and Jett to get married in Vegas. Bo and Hope went to Ireland to bring Grandpa Shawn back home. Nick told Chelsea how Kate blackmailed him. A conversation between Jett and Danielle revealed they are only pretending to be engaged, she already has a husband. Tony and Bart broke into Roman's car to find out where Sami's safe house is. Bo and Hope tracked down Grandpa Shawn in Ireland and he reluctantly agreed to return with them. Grandpa Shawn made a shocking comment to Bo and Hope about the part he played in the death of a loved one. Tony tied EJ to the safe house bed and tried to shoot him. Max was shocked to learn Jeremy's dirty little secret. Kayla wanted to have another baby, but Steve was not thrilled with the idea.

Week Ending July 20

Tony informed Stefano that he had EJ killed. The Brady clan met to discuss the theory that Tony is really Andre. Steve told Tony and Stefano that EJ was still alive. Max confronted Jeremy about what they are transporting. Chelsea and Stephanie found out that Danielle is married to a man named Mark Prentiss. Jett questioned Max. Roman found out that EJ is a dead ringer for Santo. Andre (played by Thaao Penghlis) returned to Salem. Jett accused Stephanie of being nosy. EJ helped Bo set a trap for Andre who was posing as Tony. Chelsea apologized to Jett. Bo went to arrest Andre but he wanted total immunity in exchange for the info on the real Tony's location. Andre confessed that Tony was being held prisoner on a remote island. Sami and EJ agreed to work out an arrangement for their children. Roman showed up with Bart. John offered to search the South Pacific for the real Tony. Andre fell off the roof. Phillip asked for Bo's help when he got a mysterious phone call. Sami read a new letter from Santo to Marlena and Hope. Bo told Phillip to hire a private investigator. Chelsea and Jett came close to a kiss. Sami could not believe EJ's resemblance to Santos. EJ tried to make peace with Lucas. Stefano warned Bo that he would end the Brady/DiMera feud his way by calling in some favors. John, Marlena and Anna arrived on an uncharted island to search for Tony. Sami and Lucas got romantic. Stefano challenged Grandpa Shawn to admit to Colleen's murder. Dr. Rolf had surprising news for Sami and Lucas. Nick got the shocking paternity test results back. Anna pulled a gun on Tony. Chelsea agreed to spend the night with Nick and enjoyed a night on the beach. John and Marlena found Tony and he told them about a mysterious key that Stefano keeps with him at all times. Tony decided to return to Salem. A bouquet with a bomb inside was left outside Sami and Lucas' apartment. Max tried to end his partnership with Jeremy. Nick rushed to Sami and Lucas' apartment.
