Week Ending July 6

Rick and Constantine decided to hold a singing contest with the winner getting to sing with Phoebe. Brooke pulled Ridge into an embrace. Rick had to decide which woman he wants. Constantine and Rick continued to fight over Phoebe. Brooke and Ashley fought over Ridge. Brooke used RJ to get Ridge back into her life. Ridge told Ashley that she was the woman he wants. Rick and Felicia wanted Ashley to keep quiet about her involvement with Rick. Ridge had bad news for Brooke. The Forresters celebrated the Fourth of July while Brooke was involved in an unfortunate chain of events. Someone tried to pick Brooke up in a bar and put his number in her bag and then a drink was spilled on Brooke. Donna thought Brooke was in the driveway and left Hope and RJ alone. Brooke paid a visit to Genoa City. Rick and Phoebe sang a duet. Ashley was consumed with guilt over sleeping with Rick. Carl told Bridget that Dr. Mills was retiring and did not want any more Marone baby scandal. Nick was concerned when Brooke made a hasty resignation. Bridget worried about Carl's experiment.

Week Ending July 13

Brooke got into deep trouble with the police and social services. Ridge and Ashley got romantic in the steamroom. Ridge's rejection spun Brooke out of control. Brooke lost her children after Stephanie called Child Protective Services. Brooke reached out to Taylor for help. Nick and Stephanie had a confrontation. Ashley and Ridge agreed to wait before becoming intimate. Constantine pressured Felicia. Stephanie used Brooke's past with Deacon against her. Nick played with the kids showing them how to make a map look old by burning the edges with a lighter. Hope and RJ played with the lighter and started a fire in the house. Brooke was hysterical when Ridge refused to return the kids to her. Brooke and Ridge got physical. Nick accused Stephanie of using the authorities to get revenge on Brooke.

Week Ending July 20

Nick promised to support Brooke and testify at her hearing. Brooke went on trial for being an unfit mother. Brooke pleaded with the judge. Nick and Ridge had a confrontation. Storm realized that Stephanie had given Dorothy some preconceived notions about Brooke. The singing competition took place at Insomnia. Stephanie testified at Brooke's hearing. Rick and Phoebe sang a duet. Taylor had to testify at Brooke's hearing. Taylor told the court that Brooke needs therapy. Storm managed to get Stephanie to admit on the stand that she hates Brooke. Ridge testified that he thinks Brooke needs to get herself together. Ridge got temporary custody of RJ and Hope. Brooke threatened Stephanie. Nick reached out to Brooke. Nick and Taylor argued about Brooke. The singing contest was a tie, but Rick surprised Phoebe with romance at the beach house. Nick and Brooke almost kissed. Phoebe told Rick she was not ready to make love. Brooke lashed out at Taylor. Felicia and Constantine shared a kiss.
