Week Ending August 8 Ridge told Stephanie that he intends to marry Brooke no matter what. Eric wanted Jackie to give him another chance. Brooke and Macy had a confrontation over Macy's planned wedding to Deacon. CJ refused to be Deacon's best man. Week Ending August 15 Amber attacked Macy at her wedding to Deacon, but Macy and Deacon were married anyway. Amber offered to divorce Rick. Ridge was happy to see Samantha, an old friend from childhood. Week Ending August 22 Deacon learned that he could cast a vote at Forrester. Samantha watched as Nick and Ridge battled over Brooke. Macy pushed Deacon to oust Brooke. Stephanie motioned that Eric be installed as CEO of Forrester. Deacon and Macy arrived at the board meeting. Week Ending August 29 Ridge's vote decided Brooke's fate at Forrester and she was removed. Ridge told Brooke he wants to start a new company with her called Logan Designs.
