Week Ending July 7

Gwen and Casey were caught in a close moment. Katie and Simon struggled to survive. Maddie's secret was revealed. Katie fell for Simon's trap. Mike thought he had lost Katie for good. Jennifer reached out to Paul. Simon made Katie think they were stranded. Lucy watched as Dusty wed a dying Jen. Luke got ready to tell Kevin he is gay. Maddie prepared to leave town. Carly kept her distance from Jack Lucy was horrified about the wrong medical diagnosis when Jen died in Dusty's arms. Jennifer Ferrin (Jennifer) exited the show. Emily worried that she may never be free. Margo tried to figure out what was up with Maddie. Margo got a call from someone in her past asking for help. Emily's feelings for Paul continued to pull her towards him. Margo confronted Maddie about her past. Damian hoped that an expensive gift would distract Luke.

Week Ending July 14

Simon kept manipulating Katie. Carly told Jack to stop interfering in her life. Still going through with the divorce, Carly and Jack laid down some ground rules. Dusty and Paul almost got into a fist fight. Mike discovered Katie with Simon. Dusty lashed out at Lucy at Jennifer's memorial. Maddie refused to tell the truth. Katie told Simon how she really feels about him after Mike exposed Simon's scheme. Benjamin Hendrickson (Hal) last airdate on the show was July 12. He passed away suddenly on July 3. Lucy got a shoulder to lean on. Paul gave Emily shocking news. Lucy gained an unexpected and sneaky ally - Damian. Maddie lost control when she saw Casey with another woman and lit Lia's sweater on fire, causing a fire at Crash. Luke tried to tell Kevin the truth. Jennifer appeared to Dusty in a vision and told him to forgive Emily. Emily tried to escape. Mike found out about Jennifer. Casey was suspicious of Maddie. Dusty held Emily's fate in his hands. Carly got a big surprise from Simon. Luke drank and drove after problems with Kevin. More than one Oakdale resident had a pleasant change of heart. Simon decided to stay in Oakdale.

Week Ending July 21

Barbara offered Gwen and Will a chance at happiness. Dusty let Emily go free. Meg demanded that Paul give up his obsession with Emily and their child. Margo looked into Maddie's past. Lily's unborn child had problems. Maddie and Henry's sister showed up in town. Luke kept hitting the bottle. Simon got a new reason to stay in town. Holden had the baby blues. Mike and Simon got into a fist fight. Holden found out about Luke's condition. Margo confronted Maddie. Maddie told the truth and so did Lia. Casey and Lia went skinnydipping. Lia fell victim to a terrible crime when she was murdered. Gwen questioned Will about his relationship with Jade. Damian had a tempting offer for Luke.

Week Ending July 28

Lucinda declared war on Damian. Maddie was backed into a corner when she was questioned about Lia's murder. Damian kept working to get Luke away from his family. Carly had shocking news about Simon for Katie. Maddie was suspected of murder. Carly and Simon got into trouble. Maddie gave Jade a warning. Lucy offered help to Dusty. Lily went into premature labor while in a coma. Holden got some very upsetting news about Lily. Meg got an interesting proposition from Paul - marriage. Gwen put her faith in Jade. Lily gave birth to a son. Emily challenged Paul's love for Meg. Damian pulled out all the stops with Luke. Damian came up with a plan to get Luke away from home. Simon got a surprise from Mike. Maddie got ready to tell Casey the truth. Paul went against Jennifer's wishes. Katie went on a surprise business trip. Luke was arrested for drunk driving. Someone else in Maddie's life met a bloody end. Katie was jealous of Carly and Simon.
