JR & Amanda are at ConFusion, where JR orders expensive champagne because he thinks he almost has the money he needs to start up his Ava-centered "business". Jonathan & Ava are also at the bar, & Jon is somewhat reserved as Ava kisses him. Jon is worried about being photographed, & fears his past will impact Ava in the present. Ava assures Jon that they're not being watched. Ava tells Jon that she thinks he's awesome -- that he's a powerful venture capitalist. Jon downplays Ava's praise.

Ava & Jon get a table, & Ava is very enthusiastic about JR's "corporation" & tries to persuade Jon to fund it. Jonathan tries to warn Ava about JR, but Ava refuses to listen. Jon wants Ava to be happy, so he offers to launch the Ava-centered business for her himself, but Ava dismisses Jon's generous offer because she fears that his past will impact the success of the Internet business, & because Ava thinks the Chandler name will open doors for them. Ava notices JR leering at her & tells Jon she wants to leave. They return to WIldwind & start making out.

JR thinks everything is going according to his plan regarding Ava, but is not happy about Babe being on a date w/ Wes. Babe tries to warn Amanda about how dangerous JR is, & tells Amanda not to give JR her heart. Amanda is later upset when she realizes that JR is searching the room for Ava, & walks out. JR tries to convince himself that he needs to maintain a business relationship with Ava, but it's clear that JR is lusting after Ava.

Ryan, who has interrupted Aidan & Greenlee who were going to make love on the beach, demands to know what's going on. Greenlee tells Ryan that it's none of his business. Aidan agrees to talk to Ryan, who dismisses everything Aidan says -- Aidan thinks Annie may be lying. Ryan is convinced that Richie is the crazy one who is tormenting Annie. Ryan tells Aidan about the robber & wants Aidan to go to the morgue & go through the robber's knapsack before his family claims it. Aidan says he'll stay on the case only if Ryan agrees to call off the surveillance of Greenlee. Ryan lies to Aidan's face & assures him he will, & then later meets w/ security & says to continue the surveillance of Greenlee. Ryan even adds an order that Greenlee's phone be tapped.

Erica overhears Kendall on the phone w/ Greenlee. Erica is initially incredulous, but soon realizes that Kendall is playing Greenlee. Erica says that she loves her daughter & the boys, & that she'd like to be part of Kendall's plan to get revenge on Greenlee. Kendall refuses Erica's help.

Zach finds Hannah going through his desk. Hannah claims to be looking for the letter she sent him explaining why she wanted a baby. Zach holds out the letter & explains he never read it because he never expected to see Hannah again. Lily asks Hannah if she & Josh are going to have sex in the office & a visibly uncomfortable Hannah says no. Josh later arrives at Hannah's room, & says that the office is now off-limits, but this is not the office. They begin to kiss.
